About VXON

The Monsters of P-pop Arrive

VXON came together in late 2021 as Cornerstone Entertainment’s first P-pop boy group, arriving just as the Philippine pop wave was cresting. They would soon be joined on the label’s roster by the girl group G22, making the two Cornerstone labelmates.

The name is meant to be read as “vision,” and from day one the five-member act carried an outsized, high-impact concept to match. They made their official debut on January 7, 2022 with the single “The Beast,” a fierce, hip-hop-leaning introduction built to grab attention.

Fans and media quickly gave them a nickname that stuck: the “Monsters of P-pop.” The group leaned into it, and their supporters took the name “Vixies,” rallying around the group’s bold, slightly menacing energy and its Very Peri color.

That same year, VXON planted their flag on the scene’s biggest stages. They performed at the inaugural PPOPCON in April 2022 alongside heavyweights like SB19 and BINI, and were tapped as Realme’s first-ever P-pop group brand ambassador.

Five Voices, One Vision

VXON is built around five distinct personalities. C13 (Christian Brennen Saraos) leads the group as its main rapper and center, bringing an international background to the table after competing on South Korea’s “Under Nineteen” survival program before returning home.

Sam (Samuel Gerard Cafranca) handles the lead rap and sub-vocals and came in with acting experience, while Franz (Franz Robin Chua Palapo) anchors the group’s main vocals after an early stint on a Philippine singing competition.

Vince (Vince Enzo Dizon) is the group’s visual and a lead vocalist, and at just under six feet he’s the tallest of the bunch. Patrick (Patrick June Jabines Rocamora), the youngest, rounds out the lineup as main dancer.

The members are hands-on in the studio, taking part in the creative process behind their songs. In interviews they’ve framed their music as a way to move people, and, increasingly, as a space to show a more honest, vulnerable side beneath the “monster” branding.

Fiyaah and the Climb

VXON’s early run proved the debut was no fluke. Their 2022 single “Fiyaah” broke out beyond the local scene, climbing iTunes charts in both the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates and giving the rookies an early taste of international traction.

Through 2022 and 2023 the group kept a busy release pace, stacking up singles like “P.S,” “Dulo,” “Breaking Bad,” “Pretty Please,” “Lisan,” and “Sandal.” The steady output turned casual listeners into a committed fanbase.

The awards followed. VXON were named Favorite Rookie P-pop Group at Nylon Manila’s Big Bold Brave Awards and Best Male P-pop Group at the Saludo Excellence Awards, while Vince and Patrick picked up individual honors for visual and dance at the P-pop Music Awards.

20:20, Pasakalye, and Kalawakan

VXON took a major step in January 2024 with their debut studio album, “20:20,” a nine-track record that folded in collaborations with artists like Zephanie and MC Einstein. Singles such as “SSP (Saksak sa Puso)” and “Kalaw” pushed the group deeper into a streetwise, “kalye”-flavored sound.

Momentum built through 2025 with singles like “Agila,” released to mark their third anniversary, plus “Tabi Tabi,” “sh*t sobrang init,” and “Dapat Lang Ako Lang.” That year, Billboard Philippines inducted VXON into its P-pop Rising Class of 2025, a nod to their growing standing in the scene.

The group opened a new era with their sophomore album “Pasakalye” in January 2026, a tighter, more self-assured record whose title tips its hat to the streets. Critics described it as a more fully realized version of the group.

VXON capped the era with a milestone: “KALAWAKAN,” their first solo concert, a sold-out show at the SM North EDSA Skydome on February 28, 2026, directed by John Prats. They followed it a few months later with a bigger June 2026 concert at the New Frontier Theater in Cubao — proof that the “monsters” had grown into genuine headliners.

Perspective

VXON make pop with its fists up, dense, hard-charging tracks that swagger first and let the sweetness sneak in later. What’s fun about them is the tension between the “monster” branding and the five very human personalities underneath it, guys who are just as happy rapping about heartbreak as they are commanding a stage. Watching a rookie act grow into a sold-out headliner in four short years is exactly the kind of arc that makes P-pop so addictive to follow.

Praise for the Artist

if there’s anything to be learned in the last few years as OPM and P-pop acts break new ground in music, it’s that authenticity, experimentation, and a willingness to bet on yourself matter just as much as talent or timing. It’s a mindset that VXON has grown to embrace.
